Ayurveda Wake-up Drink

Ayurveda is an ancient natural medicinal form that dates back to the 1st millennium BCE in India. This form is gaining popularity here and has become a part of many people’s natural, daily diet. Instead of reaching for that packaged produced coffee in the morning, perhaps you should try an Ayurdeva mix drink.

Ayurdeva is a mix of natural ingredients that can help prepare your body for the day ahead, reduce bloating and can help keep your skin and eyes cleansed. The lemon anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties in the Ayurdeva drink will help your body get going in the morning, the natural way.

Here’s what to do to mix the Ayurveda wake-up drink:
1. Boil two cups of water like you would for tea
2. Grab an organic lemon and slice it in half
3. Pour the water into a large mug and add the juice from the lemon
4. Mix in a teaspoon of raw honey
5. Stir the mixture and drink as much as you wish. Store the other half of the lemon in the fridge so it is ready for the next day’s dose.
