Obama says deeply committed to passing climate bill

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Barack Obama said on Wednesday his administration was “deeply committed” to passing a new energy law that would set caps on greenhouse gas emissions, welcoming a new Senate proposal on the issue.
